Starting Over

Do you ever feel like it's groundhog day? This has been my life for the past year when it comes to my relationship with running! I start, time goes by, I don't run, I start over... and every time this happens, trying to start running again gets harder and harder! Why do I keep doing this to myself?!

I've started again. I ran 6.4 km on Sunday and it was HARD! But I did it and I didn't give up. I didn't reach my goal of 9 km (from where I should be at in my training for the half marathon in May), but I didn't give up and kept going!  My advice to you is this:

When you start exercising, don't stop. Even if you don't do the amount of exercise you intended to do or had hoped to do, something is better than nothing. Don't stop, you are a warrior!
