Plodding On

What have I been up to? Travelling, walking, and biking.  Running...um no. It is that time of year when the kids are getting ready to head back to school, and I'm getting ready to head back to work. It is a new year so to speak. So I am ready to set my intentions for this 'new year'. 

This year I will:

1. Practice yoga everyday
2. Run for at least 20 minutes five days per week
3. Get on my bike as often as I can
